You are allowed to decorate your apartment, but making permanent alterations is not permitted.

Yes, Canyon Terrace Apartments is pet-friendly!

There is a $500 pet deposit for the first pet, $250 for the second. Pet rent for a cat is $20 per month and for a dog is $35.

We do not have weight restrictions, but we do have breed restrictions.

We have pet stations available throughout the property but there is not a pet park.

All units come with a washer and dryer, stainless-steel dishwasher, microwave, oven, and refrigerator. The newer apartment homes will have a gas range and ice/water dispenser in the refrigerator. The renovated homes will have a stove with a glass top surface.

No, we do not offer furnished apartments.

Yes, we have flexible lease terms.

Yes, we allow corporate leases.

We currently do not hold packages at the leasing office. We do have Luxer boxes for your package deliveries.

Our fitness center is open 24 hours.

We have a wide variety of equipment in our gym - free weights, Stairmaster, spin bike, elliptical, treadmill, and a full TRX station!

We expect all residents to be respectful of each other no matter the time of day or night. Our communal spaces do not have fees associated with them.

We absolutely accept walk-ins, but encourage appointments.

The office is open seven days a week and available to help you with your needs.

Yes! We love it when our residents choose their neighbors. If a current resident refers to a new resident, we offer a resident referral.

We are happy to offer flexible lease terms. Each apartment will have various pricing associated with a particular lease term and move in date. We do not offer reductions in rent for extended lease terms or prepayments.

Security Deposits are not transferred from one community to the other.

No, we do not allow subletting.

Guests are welcome in your home and under your oversight.  There is a time limit that they can stay.
Come check with us in the office and we will be happy to help.

Residents will have two options if the lease needs to be terminated early. There is an early termination fee or being rent responsible for the term of their lease until we are able to re-lease it.
